Where is Buggy Spa Day based?
We are based in Broadwater, Worthing. Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide the full address and arrival instructions for dropping off your items at our cleaning studio.
Do you provide a collection and delivery service?
To ensure 100% of our time and expertise is dedicated to our meticulous deep-cleaning and drying process, all treatments are carried out exclusively at our dedicated Worthing studio.
Because we focus entirely on the craftsmanship inside the spa, all items are dropped off and collected by the customer at our Broadwater location by appointment.
How does the process work?
1. Book your slot: Contact us [here] or via WhatsApp to arrange a convenient drop-off date at our Broadwater studio.
2. Drop-off: Bring your items to us at the agreed time. We’ll do a quick initial assessment together.
3. The Deep Clean: We meticulously steam clean, treat stains, and sanitize your gear using eco-friendly products.
4. Drying & Reassembly: Items are thoroughly dried and professionally reassembled to ensure they are safe and ready for use.
5. Collection: We’ll notify you as soon as your items are sparkling clean (usually within 3–4 days) to arrange your collection.
Will you remove all stains?
Every stain is meticulously treated using specialist techniques and eco-friendly products, followed by a professional dry steam. We pay particular attention to stubborn marks and deep-treat with care to achieve the best possible result.
However, because some marks (like sun-bleaching or long-term mould) can permanently affect the fabric fibers, we cannot guarantee 100% removal in every case—though we always aim for a "like-new" finish!
Can you remove black mould spots?
Treating black mould is a delicate and specialized process that we take very seriously. We use targeted, safe treatments to break down the mould spores and sanitize the material.
Because mould can sometimes "dye" or permanently damage the underlying fabric fibers (especially on certain colors or straps), we cannot guarantee 100% removal in every instance. However, we have a very high success rate and will put in every effort to restore your item to the highest possible standard.
What cleaning products do you use?
We prioritize your child’s health by using only natural, non-toxic, and biodegradable cleaners. These specialized products are powerful enough to shift tough dirt and grime but are completely safe for sensitive skin and curious hands.
To achieve a deep, hygienic finish, we combine these eco-friendly cleaners with high-temperature dry steam. This naturally sanitizes fabrics and hard-to-reach areas, killing bacteria and allergens without the need for harsh chemicals or synthetic fragrances.
Will my items be completely dry when I collect them?
Absolutely. We use a professional drying process to ensure every fiber is 100% dry and moisture-free before reassembly. Your gear will be ready for immediate use the moment you pick it up.
How long does it take?
We typically provide a 3 to 4 day turnaround for standard deep cleans. This allows for meticulous cleaning, natural drying, and professional reassembly.
Please note: Items requiring specialist black mould treatment can take up to twice as long. This is because mould removal is a delicate, multi-stage process that requires extended treatment and extra drying time to ensure the spores are completely neutralized.
Is Buggy Spa Day environmentally conscious?
Yes! We are committed to being as eco-friendly as possible. Along with using only natural, non-toxic, and biodegradable cleaning products, we use washable cloths and reusable natural bristle brushes rather than single-use plastics or paper waste.
By helping families extend the life of their gear through regular maintenance, we make it easier for items to be used longer, resold, or donated to other families—reducing waste and supporting a more sustainable community.
How much does your baby gear cleaning service cost?
Our prices are designed to be competitive and reflect the expert care, specialist products, and 3-4 days of work we put into every item.
